You know, I’ve been working really, really hard. And I know that you mentioned that you have an open door policy and that you are always open to hearing people’s opinions. And I have an opinion and an opinion that I think I deserve a raise.
So I’ve been working super hard for the past year, as you know, and I just think it’s time that I am compensated for that. And I know you know that I’ve been working super hard too. So, um, yeah, so that’s what I’m here for today. And I would really like it if, um, you know, we can work on setting up a review, or some type of performance update where we can look at my reports and my numbers and come up with a number that works for both of us. Oh, wait. You’re not doing raises this year.
I mean, I understand there’s a pandemic going on, but, um, I’ve been working really hard and actually our numbers are better now than they were last year. So if the company’s still making more money on my end, then I think I should be compensated for that. Right? Don’t you think? Well, um, you know, as your personal assistant, I know you know that I’ve been working super hard and, um, I, you know, honestly this year, there are a couple of things that I noticed. You know exactly what I’m talking about. You. I see you. There’s no denying it. You peep across the room.
